I've been using their services for two years now. Both times have been fantastic. In the second year, they jacked up the prices quite a bit to around $3500 for some reason, but honestly, it's still a solid deal for the peace of mind (I thought the first year was oddly inexpensive anyway).

You upload all your documents, they sort out the details, ask you a few clarifying questions, then take care of the taxes, file everything, and manage the transfer for you.

I appreciated how they laid out the filing options so you can make the best choices for your situation.

If I end up making more from crypto down the line, they'll definitely be my go-to.

Fantastic service, super super helpful. The challenges with cost basis can be tricky, but their crew is really knowledgeable and supportive with this. 2021 was a wild year for defi, staking, and farming, so there’s likely gonna be some effort needed, but their team was awesome in guiding me through it via chat. I highly recommend TokenTax; it was a huge help for me.

The software sometimes fails to align purchases with sales. I reckon it could be sorted out if I could reach customer service chat, but I've been stuck waiting for hours, and even over a day, without any assistance! I got a flip response that I had already addressed - when I replied, there was no follow-up. Had to start the long wait all over again... Fingers crossed the next support rep will actually check my account. Update: It took four days of painfully slow chat, but I finally got the issue resolved. There’s got to be a better way to handle customer interactions.

I'm really annoyed with this website. The cost basis is absent even though all my coins are properly tracked. I’ve tried deleting and reloading the API data, but it’s only pulling for half the year, which was working fine before. I wish I hadn’t wasted $200; I just can’t get this thing to function. It’s clear it’s not working here since it does fine on other platforms that have access to the same info. With taxes coming up, I’m stuck using another service (you know, the one that starts with a 'k' and ends with 'oinly'). I’d like to request a refund.

Back in 2021, I signed up for a tokentax subscription. Unfortunately, it was a total bust for me. Every time I tried to redo my gains for 2020, the results were all over the place (one time, I even ended up with a loss for that year, which was clearly incorrect). I reached out to customer support, but they weren't much help.

I tested out four different crypto tax programs, and this one turned out to be the best fit for what I needed. The support team was incredibly quick to respond to my inquiries, and honestly, I wouldn't have been able to figure out my taxes without their assistance. I can't recommend them enough!

I tried out two different crypto accounting software options before I stumbled upon Token Tax. The other ones were just terrible, lacking any chat support or customer service. One even took my cash while knowing they couldn't connect with my exchange. Total waste of money! Elle was fantastic to work with. She guided me through downloading everything and helped me upload my tax documents. I spent so many hours with Cointracker, which was a nightmare, and it took them days to respond to my emails about issues with Kraken trades. I can't even count how many hours my accountant and I wasted trying to figure out why my trades weren't appearing. Big thanks to Elle for all the assistance!

Refunds? Just think about it. They got me for $200 this year. Not gonna let that happen again. All a tax preparer really needs are the csv files you can grab for free from any exchange, which you’ll need for tokentax too. They don’t have a lot of exchanges ready for direct import. You’ll end up doing all the heavy lifting anyway, and TT takes weekends off, plus they seem to be running a pretty tight ship. They’re nice folks, but that only goes so far.

The crew is incredibly friendly and helpful. Crypto transactions are becoming more and more complex each year, but every time I contact them, they manage to assist me quickly and are super nice while doing so.

I managed to get my tax return done in roughly half an hour, despite trading NFTs on a decentralized platform. The whole process went off without a hitch, thanks to the super helpful tech support team.

What a complete scam! I dropped $200, and now they’re asking for another $200. I've thrown money at this with nothing to show for it. No chance of getting a refund either. Then I discover that Crypto.com offers the same service for FREE!!!
